T.G.I.F.

   No, I am not refering to the famous restobar… It's literally "Thank God It's Friday" for me!  It's been quite a busy week for me here at work what with the rush reports, phone calls, encoding of new data and organizing of files to attend to… it's a miracle that I still find time to blog, finish a couple of layouts for my scrapbook, and do the inevitable house chores.

  I say inevitable because I don't claim to be the most organized person, therefore I only do the house chores that I really, really, NEED to do during the week and then do the rest during the weekend.  Hey!  I'm human after all, so if I don't sweep the floor everyday, don't judge me ok?!  *lol*  Anyways, this week was especially tiring because I've been sick (cough and colds) since Sunday and I wasn't taking any medication because my period's still delayed and I wasn't able to get an appointment with my OB nor was I able to secure an self-test kit to check if it's safe to take other meds aside from the ones my OB prescribed me.  I know, I know, buy a kit already… It's just so depressing when it comes out negative again… but I'm probably going to buy one tonight just so I can get this thing out of my mind already instead of just wondering.

   Oh, and another cause for celebrating Friday?  Shopping time!  Well, more like window shopping actually but I'm planning to buy shoes that would go well with our new uniform at work…  I think I'll splurge a little on myself today since I have been a very good girl… I've done all my homework, fed the dog, finished my chores, ate my veggies, drank my vitamins… and all that!  Besides, yesterday was payday, and I deserve to spend some of that pay on something nice just for me!  (who am I trying to convince anyway? *lol*)  And since my hubby has been a very good boy also, I'm going to treat him to a special dinner… all in all, dare I say it again?  Yes I will… THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!
