The Crying Game
April 30, 2007 When we were kids we cry when we’re hungry, hurt or to catch the attention of our parents. As we grow older the reasons for crying becomes more complicated. I remember crying so hard that I had an asthma attack when we were mourning the death of my grandfather. I was only 16 then… And although I only laugh about it now, I remember crying when I had my first heartache… after a super juvenile relationship… which I then considered to be a love affair, hehehe! Paper
April 26, 2007One year ago, today… I walked down the isle and in front of God, my family and friends, said “I do” to the man I love. Hard to believe that we have been married for 365 days. It seems that time really just breezes by when you’re with someone you love. I’ll have to admit that there were rough days. Days when I’ve discovered a bad habit or we’ve exchanged words that were tough to take but they were just minute drops in our sea of love, happiness and generally peaceful companionship. Despite the fact that our marriage has yet to be blessed with a baby, I’m really happy. This morning, when I woke up, I smiled to myself because this is the 365th morning I have waken up beside Charlie. I thank the good Lord that He has given me a man with so much patience no matter how bad my moods become. A man who is hard-working and conscientious so I don’t have to worry so much about our finances. A man who is willing to learn new things and is eager to discuss dreams and ambitions with his wife. A man who is driven by high hopes and belief in God.
To you, my beloved Charlie… Happy 1st Anniversary… I love you so much!

Updates
April 17, 2007How do I update? Let me count the ways… hehehe! Here's what's been happening with me so far:
Back to Blogging
April 2, 2007This is my first post ever here at my new (and hopefully permanent) blog… To everyone who became my friends through my blogging escapades, hopefully you will be able to find my posts here as interesting as you did before. Anyways, it's still me… just a different address! Hmm… lately I have been going through a lot of changes, last January I transferred to our new home, then about a couple of weeks ago, I applied for a department transfer here at work (I'm still awaiting the reply), and now here I am at my new blog. All these are good changes though, the only one change I'm not really happy about is the continuous addition to my waistline! Hahaha! Tomorrow's my next OB appointment, hopefully she's got good news for me…
